Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a shop team across different channels. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate colleagues and ensure customers have a brilliant in-store or online experience.

You’ll inspire the team, serve customers in a fast and friendly manner, and oversee product preparation, stock displays and clean, presentable visuals to drive excellent standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
• Customer-focused service delivery background.

Responsibilities
