Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop floor team, ensuring excellent customer service across in-store and online channels. You’ll be responsible for the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivating staff and keeping operations smooth.

You’ll oversee product prep, oven management, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays, while fostering an inclusive culture and delivering a brilliant customer experience.
