Job summary

Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager's absence, motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll inspire the team to achieve top results and maintain high shop standards.

You will prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop clean, while delivering a brilliant customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a shop floor and leading a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked and the shop clean and presentable.
• Ensure a smooth handover when the Manager is absent.
