Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager’s absence, motivating the team and ensuring exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will oversee operations, prep products such as sandwiches, and ensure displays are well stocked while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll drive the team to deliver great service, manage shifts, and uphold Greggs’ standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable, with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and kindly.
• Prepare our products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of options.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
