Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shop teams, ensuring a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will supervise the shop in the Manager's absence, motivate staff, and ensure product prep, ovens and displays are managed to a high standard.

You’ll demonstrate reliable leadership and a passion for great service, value inclusivity, and have prior supervisory experience in a similar customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
