Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around and to engage the team, ensuring an amazing customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

You’ll inspire the team, lead by example, and prepare products including sandwiches while managing ovens, keeping displays stocked and ensuring a clean, presentable shop environment throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Reliability and natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise a team in a customer‑focused environment.
• Experience supervising teams in a similar retail setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of products.
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
