Greggs PLC is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager is away, ensuring exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will engage and motivate the team, supervise shifts, and ensure the shop runs smoothly, with a focus on speed, accuracy and quality.

You will oversee product preparation, oven management, stock availability, and shop presentation, while promoting an inclusive culture.

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high shop standards.
