Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure outstanding customer experiences across in-store and online orders. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate staff, and ensure stock, cleanliness and product quality are maintained throughout the shift.

We’re looking for reliable leaders with a track record of working in customer-focused environments, and availability to cover shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Flexible availability to meet shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable shop environment.
