Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure customers receive a brilliant in-store and online experience. You’ll manage the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and maintain high standards across all channels including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive thru.

You’ll inspire the team with a customer-first approach, lead by example, and ensure the shop runs smoothly with well-stocked displays and clean, welcoming environments during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates natural leadership abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Able to support an inclusive culture and show adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain store standards.
• Lead by example, serve customers quickly and warmly.
• Prepare products, manage ovens, and ensure displays are well stocked.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable throughout shifts.
• Step in for the Manager when they’re absent and run the shop smoothly.
