Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivating the team and ensuring a brilliant customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will oversee shifts, prepare products, manage ovens and displays, and keep the shop clean and welcoming. Previous supervisory experience and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities
