Job summary

Greggs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll supervise the team, motivate colleagues, and step in when the Manager isn’t available, keeping the shop running smoothly.

You will oversee product preparation, oven management, stock levels and shop presentation, delivering a fast, friendly experience for every customer.
