Job summary

Greggs in Farnborough is seeking a Shift Manager to join our customer-focused team. You’ll help run the shop when the Manager isn’t present, guiding the team and ensuring an excellent customer experience across in-shop and online orders.

As a shift leader you’ll motivate staff, maintain high standards, and handle product preparation like sandwiches and oven management. This role emphasizes service speed, cleanliness and friendly interactions on every shift.
