Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop team across in-store and online channels. You will be responsible for running the shop in the Manager's absence, motivating staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will supervise a fast-paced environment, prepare products, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays while delivering outstanding service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates customer-focused service and strong communication.
• Experience supervising shifts in a retail or food-service setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and manage the shop team during shifts.
• Serve customers quickly and courteously across channels.
