Job summary

Greggs plc in Leatherhead is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a team and look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate colleagues, ensure everyone has what they need, and help deliver excellent service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

On a typical shift you will inspire the team to meet high standards, serve customers quickly and warmly, prepare our popular products, keep displays stocked and the shop tidy.

Qualifications

Reliable with natural leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Supportive of an inclusive culture - recognizing and valuing that difference is good.
If you’ve got previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
