You will coach others on the job, drive service improvements, and actively monitor store performance to deliver practical actions for better results. You will lead by example on safety, customer care, and operational efficiency, while aligning with store goals and Tesco Group practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver a smooth shopping experience.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety in mind.
• Be thegoto for colleagues in absence of Store Manager for day-to-day queries.
• Support events and promotions with a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well presented.
• Prioritise replenishment of customer-focused products.
• Advise on POS and shelf labeling accuracy.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance time between service and replenishment areas to meet trade patterns.
