Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced retail team in Norwich. You will lead a duty shift, coordinate colleagues and ensure the store remains clean, well presented and ready to serve customers.

You will coach on the job, drive continuous improvement in service, manage queues, identify opportunities to improve store performance, and act as the lead in the Store Manager's absence while keeping everyone safe.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly.
• Experience working in fast-paced retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, full store and outstanding service.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety and customer focus.
