Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. The role involves leading a store team to deliver excellent customer service, managing day-to-day store operations, and stepping in for the Store Manager when required.

You will drive a positive, inclusive environment, coach colleagues, and adapt to changing circumstances while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. 18+ required with flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment in a team lead or management role.
• Strong service focus and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Leading the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Working across all store areas and with colleagues as go-to person for daily queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
