Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Work across store areas and support colleagues with day-to-day queries.
• Build positive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
• Lead the store in the Manager's absence with confidence.
• Make balanced decisions and adapt to change quickly.
• Coach colleagues, provide feedback and role model excellent service.
