Tesco Shift Lead is a store-focused leadership role where you’ll guide a team to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll work across store areas, handle day-to-day queries, and build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with colleagues, the go-to person for day-to-day queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers and communities better.
