Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in-store leadership, overseeing daily operations and guiding team members to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll lead across store areas, handle day-to-day questions, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

The position emphasizes frontline leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. 18+ eligibility is expected; 16 hours minimum per week guaranteed in many locations.
