You will schedule shifts, support colleagues, and act as the store lead in the manager’s absence, with pay starting at £15.59 per hour in most areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Over 18 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Work across all areas of the store and with colleagues, be the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
