Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team to ensure a top-quality customer experience, coordinate day-to-day operations, and act as the store leader in the Manager’s absence when required.

The role emphasizes delivering great service, building a collaborative team, and maintaining strong communication across all store areas. The position offers flexible hours and a focus on customer, community, and planet-friendly practices.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in fast-paced retail.
• Over 18 years old.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
