Job summary

Tesco UK is looking for a Shift Lead to lead in-store teams and deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the store. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and respond to the needs of our customers with flexibility and a proactive approach.

Availability windows include early mornings across Sun–Sat, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and competitive hourly pay from £15.59 up to £16.86 in certain stores, reflecting market and location differences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach colleagues.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as required.
