Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead a store team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and be the go-to person for in-store queries.

The role offers flexible hours, a minimum weekly commitment, and opportunities for progression. Starting pay is competitive at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with at least 16 hours guaranteed per week and 12-hour shift options in some locations.

• Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
