Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run our stores and deliver great customer service. You’ll lead the team, coordinate daily operations, and be the go-to person for in-store queries, with a focus on flexible, inclusive teamwork.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours available). You’ll schedule shifts within availability windows and support colleagues to meet customer needs.
