The role includes receiving a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store and involves leading a team to deliver top customer service. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Sets the pace of the team on shift and delivers a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with a focus on availability and store performance.
• Sell a £1 & save a £1 approach to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Lead and develop staff, supporting engagement and inclusive culture.
• Follow cash handling and security policies and implement standard processes.
