Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the management team in delivering consistent results and creating the best place to shop and work. You will join as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store, with a focus on great availability and proactive team development.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to drive a high-performing team and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues to deliver tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit through great store availability and drive sales.
• Sell a £1 & save a £1 initiative to boost sales.
• Deliver actions set by line manager.
• Support Talking Shop Rep and team engagement.
• Create an inclusive culture and develop staff skills.
• Follow cash handling and security policies.
• Contribute to the best digital service via standard processes.
