The role is recruited as a Retail Assistant with a £2/hour supplement when you shift manage the store. Key duties include maximizing profit through strong availability, engaging the team, enforcing cash controls, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Sets the pace of the team, on shift, to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with strong product availability and driving sales initiatives.
• Support and engage team members, working with Talking Shop Rep and promoting inclusive culture.
• Adhere to cash handling and security policies and ensure strong digital service through One Best Way processes.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
