Job summary

Iceland in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Manager who will join the store as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store. You will support the management team to deliver consistent results and be the best place to shop and work.

Key duties include maximizing product availability, driving sales, coaching colleagues, maintaining cash handling and security policies, and promoting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and organise shifts and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with great product availability and active selling.
• Engage, develop and retain great people; support and coach the team.
• Follow cash handling and security policies; implement standard operating procedures.
