You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store. The role focuses on maximizing profit, engaging with customers, and developing the team to uphold an inclusive culture and strong store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Clear communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time, every time.
• Plan and organise the shift using every team member.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Lead by example on shift to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities
