Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store management team and deliver consistent results on the shop floor. You will start as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store, with a focus on customer availability and great service.

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

• Sets the pace of the team on shift by being hands on to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Complete actions set by line manager after daily floor walk.
