Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse location is seeking a Team Leader to guide the team and ensure shifts run smoothly while delivering a high standard of guest service. You will support the management team, resolve issues during your absence, and coordinate the team to keep operations efficient and safe.

You will model excellent service, manage a busy bar, and uphold hygiene and safety standards with a pro-active, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in ensuring services and standards are met.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
