Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example in our Hungry Horse pubs. You’ll ensure the team has everything they need so shifts run like clockwork and customers are kept happy. You’ll role-model service, support the management team, and uphold high standards across the bar and floor.

With a focus on safety, legality, and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll help training and development, drive performance, and foster a team‑oriented environment where everyone feels valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering memorable customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate a busy shift.
• Ensure bar safety, legality and cleanliness at all times.
• Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities
