Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift at our Hungry Horse pub. You will lead by example, ensuring staff have what they need, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy.

This role requires strong customer service, team leadership, and the ability to manage a fast-paced shift with safety and quality at the forefront. You will deputise for management, coordinate tasks, and help ensure smooth operations while fostering a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service delivery and guest interaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy periods.
• Maintain bar and workplace safety and cleanliness to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to run like clockwork.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, handling issues quickly and safely.
