Tesco is recruiting for a Store Shift Lead at one of our local express stores. You will lead the team, ensure great customer experiences, and support daily operations while reporting to store leadership. This role offers flexibility in hours and opportunities to grow within Tesco.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, inspire the team, and help maintain our high service standards. A welcoming, inclusive culture and strong development paths await in-store.

Qualifications

• Over 18 for this role.
• Experience in a team lead or management position in fast-paced retail.
