Job summary

You will assume leadership in the Manager's absence, coach teammates, and respond flexibly to changing store needs while upholding Tesco's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Be over 18 years old.
• Experience in a team lead or managerial role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong example as a role model with excellent service delivery.
• Clear communicator who keeps the team well informed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store customer experience.
• Work across all store areas and assist with day-to-day queries.
• Foster positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
• Lead the store in the Manager's absence with balanced, flexible decisions.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.
• Continuously seek ways to serve customers, communities and the planet better.
