Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, uphold service standards and support the management team. You will ensure efficient team coordination, maintain safety and compliance, and deliver a warm customer experience across our pubs.

The role emphasizes leading by example, tackling challenges on the floor, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team during a shift.
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Able to respond quickly and decisively to issues during busy periods.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written, with attention to allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
