Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to ensure shifts run smoothly and customers enjoy a warm, memorable experience. You will supervise the team, step in for managers as needed, and coordinate service during peak periods with emphasis on safety, legality, and quality.

The role focuses on leading by example, delivering consistent service, and maintaining high standards across the team while supporting a welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
