Greene King pubs are looking for a Team Leader who leads by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and the team has everything they need. You’ll maintain high standards and keep our customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean. You’ll model great service and welcome every customer warmly.
