Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example and ensure the shift runs smoothly. You’ll keep the team well-supported and customers happy, maintaining high standards across service, safety, and compliance. The role emphasises practical leadership on a busy shift in a welcoming pub environment.

Competenze

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts for smooth operations.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean with timely issue resolution.
• Good command of spoken and written English, including allergen controls.
