Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to guide the team, ensuring shifts run like clockwork and customers receive a heartfelt, memorable experience. You’ll help maintain high standards, keep the bar safe and clean, and resolve issues quickly.

Deputising for the management team, you’ll organise and coordinate the crew during busy periods, model excellent service, and ensure everyone feels welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate shifts.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Clear communication with staff and customers.
• Awareness of safety, hygiene and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
