Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example on busy shifts, ensuring the team has what they need and customers are kept happy.

You will deputise for the management team, coordinate staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help deliver a warm welcome and great service to everyone who visits our pubs. It also offers progression and employee benefits as part of our rewards.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
