Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and operates the bar safely and efficiently. You will support management, coordinate colleagues, and uphold high standards of service across our Greene King pubs.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, contributing to a positive team culture and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Lead a team on a busy shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise bar operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and enforce standards.
• Demonstrate strong English communication and allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience during visits.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts for smooth service.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly.
