Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, support the crew, and maintain the high standards our pubs are known for. You will ensure a warm welcome for customers and help drive smooth service during busy periods.

As a Team Leader, you’ll model excellent service, supervise staff, and resolve issues quickly while keeping safety and allergen controls in check. A supportive team environment and opportunities for development await.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail to ensure quality pours.
• Be a role model and lead by example on shift.
• Think on your feet and adapt to busy periods.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt, memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team during shifts.
• Coordinate the team to keep busy shifts running smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar and resolve issues promptly.
