Greene King’s Pub & Dining division is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain safety and standards. You’ll lead by example, support the management team, and organise the team to keep service running like clockwork.

You’ll be a role model for great service, handle challenges on a busy shift, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests while adhering to safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
