A leading coffee shop chain in Gerrards Cross is looking for a Shift Leader to manage store operations and lead the team. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure the highest standards of coffee and food. Ideal candidates will have some supervisory experience, but enthusiasm and a great attitude are more important. As a Shift Leader, you will support the running of the store - leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.
Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven't got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.26 per hour, increasing to £12.41 with service.
