Job summary

You will be a key holder, responsible for opening and closing tasks and maintaining store standards, with a pattern of shifts and weekend work as detailed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coordinating resource to deliver a salesfloor ready to trade.
• Allocate resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Enable daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store area.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Role model great Customer Service.
• Role model M&S behaviours and Colleague Expectations across the store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to help deliver high performance.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Responsible for being a key holder and answering call outs as required.
• Responsible for opening and closing tasks including cash handling and logging operational issues.
