Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation on the shop floor and ensure a smooth, ready-to-trade store opening. You will coordinate staff, manage daily tasks and role model outstanding customer service across the team.

This frontline role requires early starts across scheduled weeks, and you will be eligible for an unsocial hours premium for late-night hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill.
• Coordinate staff to deliver operational tasks and oversee opening readiness.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and model customer service.
• Ensure a clean, safe, well-presented store and uphold M&S behaviours.
• Be a key holder with responsibility for opening/closing, alarms and related tasks.
