Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Team Support Manager to oversee the fill operation and lead the sales floor when the Colleague Manager is unavailable. You will coordinate resources, coach team members, and ensure efficient customer transactions to support store opening readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coordinating resource to serve, sell and fill.
• Be the on-floor leader in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity.
• Ensure a quick and smooth payment experience for customers.
• Coordinate daily operational tasks to keep the store ready for opening.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store environment.
• Support nearby stores if needed for operational continuity.
• Handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling and building security checks.
