Job summary

Marks and Spencer in Swindon is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate staff and resources to deliver essential tasks, open and close the building, handle cash/alarms, and uphold high customer service standards.

As a frontline leader, you will coach colleagues, model company behaviours, and support the Colleague Managers. This role requires flexibility to cover shifts across the week as listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade
• Coordinate resources to deliver key operational tasks during opening hours
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity on the shop floor
• Be a key holder and handle opening/closing duties including cash handling and alarms
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to deliver high performance
• Support nearby stores if required and respond to call outs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store and deliver great customer service
